Areas of activity
Our core activity is the development of innovative technical solutions applied in creating a high-speed electric train that meets current requirements for comfort, accessibility, ease of use, and a variety of onboard information and entertainment services. Many of these solutions are complex, high-technology systems whose mutual integration and operation are enabled by intelligent control, monitoring, and diagnostic algorithms. These algorithms are implemented through a modular distributed control system built on a unified software-and-hardware platform developed in Russia, enabling control systems of varying configurations, composition, and complexity for any type of rolling stock.
Key projects and programmes

Russia’s first domestic high-speed electric train
Development of rolling stock for the first HSR line Moscow – Saint Petersburg. ECRT prepares the specification and conceptual, technical, and detailed design documentation; manufacturing takes place at the Ural Locomotives plant (part of the Sinara Transport Machines group).
